1. What do I need to start a Company eStore site?

2. What items can I add to my Company eStore?
A: You'll have access to all the items available through Navitor – that’s over 8,000 products to choose from! This includes everything from promotional products to print materials, signage and beyond. Customers order a huge variety of product on these sites and here are the top three most popular: Custom Business Cards, Custom Brochures, Custom Envelopes, and Custom Postcards.

3. Is there a charge to having a site?
A: We do have a few fees which are rebated or waived depending on usage. This helps to cover the cost of the templating, proofing, and site maintenance.

4.  Who would the end customer contact for customer service?  What number goes on the website?
A: You can choose how you want questions to be addressed – some resellers add their email and phone number to the homepage for their clients to contact, and others post the client's administrative contact.  

5. Can my customers pay by credit card?
A: Absolutely! We offer credit card payment options for your customers' convenience. At the end of each month, we'll send you a check with the difference between the wholesale and retail prices (minus a 3% credit card fee). Resellers like this option to better control cash flow.

6. How will the charges show up on my customer’s credit card statement?
A: Your customers will see "Turnkey Print" as the merchant of record on their credit card statement.

7. Can we use different shipper numbers?
A: Yes! You can use Navitor’s shipping number, your own shipping number, OR your end customer’s shipping number.

8. How long does it take to complete a Company eStore site?
A: Once we have all the information we need, most sites take about three weeks to complete the site and have all your customer’s products ready.  You’ll have time to go through it with your customer and make any changes before going live. We will work with you to ensure the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.

9. Do I need an IT Developer on my side?
A: Nope, not at all! Our team at Navitor will take care of everything for you, from setting up your site to managing any updates or changes.

10. Can we show the retail pricing?
A: Yes, just let us know your desired markups, and your customers will see the retail price on the site. For your side, you’ll only be billed for the wholesale price. You control your pricing to keep your profits consistent (or variable depending on your strategy).

 

Product Questions

Q: How long does it take to load a new product?
A: Generally, it takes about one week to load a new product onto your site. You send us your artwork file and we quickly update your site with the right parameters for each, ensuring a quality output when it comes through the printing process. 

Q: Can I add seasonal offerings to the site?
A: Yes. We understand that businesses' needs change over time, and we're happy to work with you to add seasonal offerings to your site. This helps keep your site fresh and relevant, and can help drive sales during peak seasons.

Q: Can I customize the products for a specific end customer?
A: Yes. We'll create a special SKU for each of your customers’ products. This allows your customer to control brand colors, text spacing, layouts, and more. This helps you stand out from the competition and deliver a truly customer centric experience.

Q: How many templates can be loaded on the site?
A: There's no limit to the number of templates that can be loaded on the site! We understand that businesses have different needs and requirements, and we're happy to work with you to ensure that your site is tailored to your specific needs.

Q: Can a QR code print on a product?
A: Yes. We offer two options: your customer can upload their own QR code or we can generate one for them within our customization tool.

Q: Can my customer upload their own artwork?
A: Yes, they can! We have multiple ways to do this. First, you can have your customer upload their own artwork directly within the ecommerce experience.  A second option is to replace designs on their current products (example, maybe every month you change out the background imagery but the personalization fields remain the same).  And a third option would be to create new product designs set up as new product SKUs.

Q: How can my customer customize the variable data available for a product?
A: Your customer can choose from a variety of options, including static, dropdown, or fully variable data.

 

Ordering Questions

Q: How can my customer control orders from their employees?
A: There is an “approver” option that all orders get sent to an email address to go through an approval process. This way, your customer can have more control over the ordering process itself as well as titles, spellings, etc.

Q: How can I manage a company with multiple divisions?
A: We've got you covered! Instead of organizing items by "products," you can categorize them by "divisions" in the menu options. This makes it easy to manage different parts of your company within one site.

Q: Can I restrict what products are available for certain logins?
A: Yes, you can manage account logins and what items they see on the site. This makes it easy to tailor the site to the specific needs of each department or user.

Q: How does my customer’s customer cancel an order?
A: In order to ensure the fast turn time is met for your customer, web-to-print means that as soon as you hit submit, it goes directly to the manufacturing facility. So no, unfortunately orders cannot be canceled.

Q: How do I know when my customer orders?
A: You can easily track orders through the "Order History" on your customer's Company eStore site and through your Navitor.com account.
